Autumn Beauty Edit

-- Everything you need for the season --

I feel like it's my duty to firstly apologise for the awful focus on this photo, and I'm not going to blame my cold on it... It was just that I kind of rushed to take the photo and didn't check. Oops. But, let's swerve away from that disaster and focus on the products featured that will help get you through the season! Luckily over the two years that I've been blogging, I've collected a few Autumn appropriate beauty products that are essential for this time of year. Because if you haven't already guessed, it's probably one of my favourite seasons ever...

001: Lush Sleepy Body Lotion:
This one is actually a Christmas product but I managed to snap one up at the Lush Showcase - which was one of my favourite days ever! It shares its scent with Twilight, and containing all things lavender and tonka with a dashing of lustre, it's perfect for Autumnal evenings where you want to feel warm, cosy and get a good nights rest. 'Sleepy' is how I really want to feel. Also, the body lotion is purple. What a dream!

002: Sleek Vintage Romance Palette:
Containing gorgeous purple shades, a silver and a few metallics, this pigmented palette is perfect for creating seasonal looks. (Ooh a tongue twister there haha!) I especially love blending the golds and bronzes together, and having a silver as a base and then blending in a purple gives some definition. I've certainly been reaching for this more recently because damn.

003: Lush The Comforter Shower Cream:
Everyone and their aunt recommends this as an A/W must have but it smells soo warming and delicious that it's perfect for a shower or bubbly bath in the evening - or morning. It feels like a hug in a bottle and I love it because of its classic berry scent. If there's only one non seasonal Lush product you want to try... make it this one!

004: Barry M Nail Paints:
I'm sharing these with you even though you can no longer buy these, but these three shades literally are Autumn in bottles. I love using these as my nails can then match the colour of the leaves, and plus the orangey yellow shade screams cosy fluffy jumper to me - I have no clue why...

005: MAC Rebel Lipstick:
This creamy lipstick is a beautiful purple toned berry and I love to stick this on when I have a more neutral eye look. This season, it's only right to aim to go darker with the makeup and if you want to invest in another different colour, then make it this one. You can never go wrong with MAC.

006: Soap & Glory Peach Party Blush:
This brand had to come into my post somewhere... S&G make AMAZING quality products for the drugstore and this blush is my go to for Autumn. There's light cream, orange, brown and pink shades that can all be blended together to create lovely glowing cheeks. This will forever be my holy grail.

007: Rimmel Kate Moss 107:
I don't really need to say anything about this lipstick. It's a cult favourite in the blogging world and the colour is just perfect for this time of year. Golds, silvers, any colour will go with this and you can look on trend for Autumn. Love love LOOOVEE!
