June Lush Kitchen Haul

-- It's summer in the form of Lush products --

Remember when I did my first ever Lush Kitchen haul and wrote about it? Since then, I've made a few more orders and I wanted to show you the latest one I received to date. Yeah, as you're reading this, I've made another order. Oops - sorry bank account...

If you're still unaware of what the Lush Kitchen is, it's a sort of exclusive online shop that brings out two products a day for a week. There's only a limited amount, so once they're sold out, they're sold out! Here's what I managed to pick up from my new favourite obsession:

The first thing I had to get was the Emperor of Ice Cream Buttercream which is just as good as it sounds. Yeah, that dip was made by me because I was too eager to use it! I describe this as a cheaper alternative to a body conditioner as it was around £10 compared to the £20 mark. The buttercream contains organic cocoa butter, shea butter and mango butter as well as honey and of course vanilla pod infusion - so it's lovely and nourishing as well as smelling sort of like vanilla ice cream. As soon as this came to my door, I couldn't stop sniffing it, or rather inhale is another word... I can't wait to use this more and I wish I bought another one.

Next was The Sicilian Bath Bomb and it not only has orange oil and lemon oil in, it also contains lovely marigold petals and an orange slice in the middle! It smells gorgeous and just like drinking juice in summer. But of course it's for the bath. I'm generally planning to save this for a warm summer's day as I'm sure it'll be perfect for a cooling and refreshing experience in the bath.

Lastly I picked up Fox in Flowers Bath Bomb which all I can describe as smelling like freshly cut grass and beautiful summer flowers. Literally a country garden in a bath bomb. If you don't like the smell of grass then you might not like this as it's quite a potent product but it looks super pretty with all the flowers inside. I love bath bombs so these two were the first ones I've bought and I'm going to try and hold on to them for as long as I can!

My next kitchen post will feature some products I've been dying to get, so look out for that...

Have you guys ever bought from the Lush Kitchen?

  2. The Emperor of Ice Cream Buttercream sounds lovely but I didn't get my hands on any. I used the Sicilian bath bomb the other day and it was amazing!! I fell in love with the scent. I can imagine Fox In The Flowers will be lovely with the Grass Shower Gel that I got the other day too :) xx
