Happy Third Birthday Franalibi!

Well, well, well, looky here... I've been blogging for three years! (I know, I'm so good at rhymes haha) I took this picture from Snippet and Ink as it perfectly represents how I feel about today woo hoo. Today marks my blog's third birthday which is insaaaaneee because it really doesn't feel that long, but looking back at my first few posts, I have really changed and grown since my first year! My first ever post is still up on the blog, and you can read it here while I hide behind my hands in shame. It was actually about Valentine's Day and how much I hate it, and I still feel the same about it now.

Anyways, a year on I'm nearing 400 followers which is crazy - ok, it might not seem a lot for other people who are have anything from 1,000 to 10,000 followers and have been blogging for the same amount of time as me, but honestly, I don't care! - I LOVE my little hobby and I think I would be lost without it. And to think I was only at 200 followers last year. What I'm trying to say is, that my blog isn't here so I can get popular (Like all these blog posts that think we all want to be - have you seen how many there are about upping your traffic and getting known?? Not everyone wants that...) It's here because I wanted a creative outlet, somewhere to go where I can share my thoughts and my passion for beauty, books and all things life. And I'm honestly so grateful and happy that I have such lovely readers - regular and one off visitors - that want to know what I have to say.

During the second year of blogging, and throughout 2016, I feel like I really grew with my blog and I also met the loveliest people! So, to end this very happy post - and not bore you guys to death, here's three things that made me love blogging and my little space!

• I put more effort into my social media, out of choice and because I wanted to interact with other bloggers. Being part of a lovely community makes this hobby all the more worth it!
• I think my blog theme and photography is becoming top notch. Sure, there's the odd mediocre photo, but I'm reaallyyy loving how my blog is looking at the moment with all the lovely ikea plants yay.
• I finally met one of my favourite people, Victoria (aka vvnightingale) who is so kind and I'm glad she's just as obsessed with coffee and lush as I am haha.
