Rose Gold Love With Tanya Burr's Birthday Suit Palette

Neutral dreams and pretty golds

Sooo recently I won a giveaway. I KNOW. And it was Lucy from Forever September's giveaway to celebrate her number of readers where this gorgeous Tanya Burr palette was included! (FYI you really need to check out her blog if you haven't, she's one of my favourites!) Tanya has been a long term favourite blogger/youtuber of mine, I've been using her baking book to death and the only thing I've never got are products from her beauty range. I do have some nail paints thought which are so pretty, though I've never ventured into the actual makeup side!

If you know me well enough, you'll know I love gold/neutral looks. Though I do have a soft spot for bright poppy looks in the warmer months. And I've had my eye on the Birthday Suit palette for ages, so I was so grateful to receive it as part of the bundle. It's full of beautiful neutral shades that can create two amazing looks using all colours.

They're all pigmented and creamy, except one (cocoa sugar) which is sadly slightly powdery but I don't mind because they blend so well. And can we talk about the packaging, it's so instagrammable and pretty. I want to put it in ALL the flatlays and take loads of pictures haha.

Next on my list is her new products that's she's released... They look just as pretty and you can't go wrong with the price: £5.99! That's a beautiful drugstore bargain if I ever saw one!

Have you guys tried any of Tanya's products?

  2. I'm so glad to see this lil review eee, I'm glad you like it! I was disappointed by cocoa sugar as well, way too powdery for my liking, however the other three shades are the best!

    1. Aww that's ok! And that shade aside, it was the best intro to Tanya's products ever... I'm definitely going to buy more!

  3. Congrats on winning the giveaway! This palette is super pretty, I've never tried Tanya's products as I don't particularly have an interest in YouTuber commercial lines, but I do have to say Birthday Suit is a nice palette. It's a shame Cocoa Sugar is too powdery, because it is the prettiest shade of the palette to me! But it's possible to work with powdery eyeshadows so it's still worth it!
