Zoella Lifestyle Haul | On My Travels Backpack Gift Set

Can I just say I was already on trend even before high street stores and Zoe released these string pull backpacks. I've had a hand me down leather one for literally years but I thought it was about time to get an update - and what amazing timing for Zoe to release her Zoella Lifestyle range. You can just imagine the look on my face when she announced the On My Travels backpack giftset on her snapchat. Yep, I was ECSTATIC. I think it's amazing she's branched into homeware, and I don't think there's any shame in it considering she did an interior design apprenticeship before she got really into her blog...

On the same day I went to buy all my Lush goodies for the season, I thought I would check if Boots had her range in even though it wasn't supposed to be in-store until Monday. And lo and behold, it was in early - and it looked like everyone ransacked it as there was only two bags left, the seaside candle, a couple of notebooks, pencils and two packs of the pots. Damn, did a tornado hit Zoe's section??

I was veery cheeky and as there was a star next to it, I payed half in advantage card points and the rest in cash. It normally retails for £50.00 and you get a cute travel cup, a pencil set and the best keyring ever. Apart from the bag and candles, I did in fact really want the travel cup because I think they're just so handy and its marble. Marble! And it just casually has rose gold lettering. A blogger's two favourite things... I love how big the bag is and it's the same style as my current leather backpack so I can easily take it to work and on days out when I need to carry a lot. I didn't show it in my pictures, but there's a cute little 'Z' imprinted at the bottom, and of course the inside is a gorgeous colour.

It may seem expensive at hindsight, but considering how much you would pay for a bag in Topshop/Zara without the contents inside, it's a pretty good price. I just don't think my next pay check is ready for the amount of candles I want to buy from her range now haha.
