October Favourites

-- Just all the Autumnal lovings --

Firstly, Happy Halloweeeeenn guys! I was going to do a spooky post but (1.) everyone raided the baking section in my local supermarket yesterday so I couldn't bake and (2.) my halloween makeup idea was an epic fail... *cries* But anyways, at least I'm here with my October favourites, which I'm sure you guys will like because it's about everything I've been OBSESSED with recently ahhh.

001: Lush Halloween // Lord Of Misrule Shower Cream:
I have to say, this years collection from Lush has been my favourite so far - we've had the classic Sparkly Pumpkin bubble bar along with new additions like Pumpkin, Monsters' Ball and Autumn Leaf! So for the whole of October, I was in Lush bath heaven! I've also been loving the LOM shower cream which I've been using almost every day and the black pepper, patchouli and vanilla scent has just been so comforting to my senses. Love love love.

002: Autumn:
The season in general has just been beautiful. And I feel like I've embraced it much more this year compared to the previous years - as I've been going for autumnal walks, collecting leaves and just taking photos of everything to do with the season. I'll be sad to see it go when we move into Winter, but I've really appreciated it while it was here. (PS. the supermarket pumpkins have also been one of the best and I've loved it!)

003: NYX Cosmetics Liquid Suede Lipstick in Vintage:
Ok, you've seen me rave about this beauty recently, BUUUTT it's seriously been my go to for the whole of the month. ie. I've worn it almost every single day. NYX lipsticks are now my favourite thing ever and this one is a lovely berry nudey brown which is pigmented, matte and doesn't dry out the lips. I'll be wearing it so much that I'll be known as The Girl With The Brown Nude Lip.

004: Purity // Jonathan Franzen:
This book is so good and I love its messed up characters and the whole plot line which runs smoothly through out. Though it's pretty hard to explain because there's just a lot of events happening within the book, but the basis is that a girl called Pip wants to find her father and a famous internet hacker called Andreas Wolf can help her. Still confused? Ok, you can read my review here.

005: Instagram:
I've put this app in like 10 other favourites throughout the two years I've been blogging, but it's been a real obsession recently. Only because I've managed to make my theme pretty and autumnal and I can't stop looking at it! Big headed or what? Who cares. I just love being creative with my photography and my iPhone and the app is a great alternative to my DSLR. Also, you can follow me here if you want...

I've also filmed a favourites video over on my channel, so if you want me to elaborate on what I've been loving - give it a watch! If you liked it, do like and subscribe! Yaaay!

What have you guys been loving this month?
