#SUMMER2016

6.9.16

-- So long hot days and long nights --

Summer is officially over. Not only because it's hit September and the temperature's suddenly dropped, and the evening's are coming closer. But everyone's going back to school/uni and work and the 6 weeks holiday is gone. I mean, I didn't have a big summer holiday but I was lucky enough to have some lovely days off between work and a nice little break towards the end. I'm going to miss exploring in the heat with my friends and constantly seeing the blue skies while planning my summer Lush bath for the evening...

Last year's #SUMMER post had me saying that I needed a job, but now I've got one I couldn't be more happier. I've met some amazing people, gained loads of experience and I'm just looking forward to wrapping up warm and wearing cosy jumpers to work. (Can you believe it's coming up to a year since I joined Lush for Christmas?? I do miss being there..)

Anyway, enough rambling, here's the nine highlights of Summer 2016! Enjoy and don't forget to comment what made your summer this year...

001: I ate a load more fruit and took a load of tumblr indie pics of my peaches...

002: Went for days out with friends exploring Soho and stuffing ourselves with Japanese food!

003: Had the yearly trip to my second home: Brighton with one of my fave humans.

004: I baked loads of muffins, cakes and general sweet treats. Nom nom nom.

005: Chilling in London's parks playing cute card games with friends until 6pm...

006: Having a stock up of summery Lush products like Yuzu and Cocoa yaaay.

007: A summer isn't complete without having soft serve ice cream and a cone!

008: Had another Five Guys with the family, but this time while shopping in Bluewater.

009: Stocked up on my first ever few pieces from Lazy Oaf ready for A/W...

How was your Summer guys?
