Halloween | Look #2 and Spooky Movies

It's the 31st already! This year has gone so quick so I basically had to scramble a post together, as I forgot about my second Halloween look oops. It's probably the most simple one out there and is so effective (it's also my favourite halloween look ever!). All you need is an eyeliner pencil, white cream makeup and black cream makeup - which you can get everywhere at Halloween for as low as £1.

Firstly, you cover your face and lips with the white makeup as the base to your look. Then outline the whole look with your eyeliner pencil, which will be filled in with the black cream makeup. Take a face paint brush and fill it all in, and do extra lines. (See the ones on my chin and out of my eye sockets.) Then you're done! I just used eyeliner but as a health and safety precaution, I just listed safer steps haha. But at least you'll stand out of the fairies and random costumes, because after all, it's freaking Halloween!

Today, I put my pumpkin candle out, and he's sitting nicely on my window sill with my two plants aww. Not only does Halloween mean pumpkin candles, but also scary movies! Here's a list of the good'uns...

The Woman in Black:
Not as scary, but certainly creepy. It's about a woman who haunts Eel Marsh House and kills children as revenge for having her child taken away. (Who dies in an accident) I love this for the darkness and the plot. It's perfect if you hate scary horrors as it's only a 12. I'm also doing the book for my English coursework. :)

The Cabin in the Woods:
Ok the plot is a bit meh for me, I didn't like the whole artificial haunting but the gory bits make up for it. Though, the ending does put your knickers in a twist. It's about a group of teenagers who go to a cabin in the woods and sterotypically meet their end. (But not all...) You would like this if you like chainsaws and torture stuff.

Hocus Pocus:
A Disney classic. Need I say more? If you haven't seen it, then you must have been living under a rock. Please watch asap.

Practical Magic:
It's all about witches and curses. I love this one as Nicole Kidman is in it and the plot isn't based around Halloween, but still pretty damn good. It's not scary but it's perfectly spooky.

I don't know my plans yet for tonight but I'm sure it'll be eventful (hopefully). But do give these movies a try. :)

What are you guys up to for Halloween?
