Food | A/W Beefeater Meal

Exactly a week ago today me and my dad took my mum out for her birthday meal and we went to the Beefeater. You might remember my birthday meal post in May and that was the Spring/Summer menu. But this one is Autumn/Winter yay. I seriously think that the restaurant have upped their game and I can't get enough of the food haha.

The menu is generally quite short so there's isn't too much time spent on what to eat. For starters I had to go for my favourite Garlic and Herb Breaded Mushrooms mm mm. To this day I still don't know what the sauces are that they use - I think it's BBQ and  I don't know about the other - but it's soo good together! My dad went for the new Pulled Beef and Yorkshire Pud and it actually looked really fancy and nice. (He also said it tasted good) And of course I had to try the new Chocolate Milkshake as my drink of choice. I kind of knew I wasn't going to eat dessert so I still had my indulgent ice cream treat haha.

On to the mains! My mum had some chicken, my dad had some steak and I had this! A much improved version from last time - the double bacon and cheese burger. And skinny fries. I ate about a half and bit because there was literally so so much and the skinny fries were the best ever. Just go to the Beefeater for the skinny fries. Seriously. And also the burger. It's funny how I always order it, love it, can never finish it and then order it the next time I go there. It's a never ending cycle. And now I can taste the skinny fries in my mouth oh dear.

I didn't have a dessert so there's no pictures of that but they do fancy food like lemon and meringue pie, cookie dough sundae and black forest gateau. I kind of wish I had room for the cookie dough sundae. *sigh*
